Asked for cheese in my chilli...didn't get any Asked for crackers and sauce for chilli....didn't get any. Rude girl behind counter...not my host.Clarissa Asked bout getting crackers and sauce and she said..I should have asked for them at ths start!!!! No impressed.....

hello, we travel north on a regular basis and always stop at Wendy"s for a meal. This time went threw the drive threw, ordered our meal and repeated it at least twice we ordered a single bacon deluxe with a drink and fries and a double bacon deluxe with a drink and fries . Went threw to the window and payed our bill. they handed us our food in the bag and repeated what we ordered. so we traveled down the road and started eating our fries after we were done with the fries then went into the bag for the burgers, only to notice we were only given 2 single bacon deluxe burgers BUT WERE CHARGE FOR A DOUBLE DELUXE BURGER by this time we were to far down the road to even think about turning around and let them know what they have done .... I am just disappointed and wonder how often does this actually happen, not happy about paying for something i never got and were over charged for what i received.... we love Wendy"s but every time seems to be one thing or another I just thought this time i need to say something as was over charged and not happy about it at all.

I used to work for Wendy’s Restaurants of Canada for ten years in and off. So therefore I know the rules that are across the board. Hair nets, beard nets and gloves are mandatory. I stopped in at the port Perry one and I didn’t order my food, so I was unaware that none of the three things listed where being used. When I got my wrap, I opened it, to find hair in it. So I took it back, to discover that none were being used. I questioned the cashier about it. Told him how I worked at Wendy’s and asked why they didn’t have the same rules? He said they didn’t have the same rules. I told him, I didn’t want my food made without gloves on. The girl whom looked as if she rolled out of bed and rolled in went and washed her hands and put on gloves. Then a man with a thick goatee came to the front. The staff are all dirty looking and I won’t be back. Maybe head office should crack down a tad harder on this. Clearly they have A+ management at the location.

Hello, I don't normally do this but as a frequent customer of Wendy's, I wanted to pass along my experience this evening at your Mount Pearl location in Newfoundland & Labrador. Before I begin, I always have a great experience at Wendy's but tonights visit concerned me enough to write to you. This was a drive through order that I paid with my amex. I ordered two combos plus an extra single Baconator. My first combo included a baked potato with cheese and bacon, this was poorly made with very little cheese (not the normal). My burger (#6) seemed to be put together quickly as well, as it did not resemble the usual. The second combo (for my 10 year old daughter) was a Cheese Burger where I requested only cheese and ketchup, but received the works instead. The drink was also not as requested. Now to my Baconator, I opened the wrapping and took a bite, only to find a black bread tab within. At that point, I checked my bag for my bill as the drive through order usually has the bill placed was missing, also missing (I'll add), the usual fork and knife that usually comes with the baked potato. I just wanted to let you know regarding this quality issue. Maybe a training issue or lack of regard on the behalf of your employee(s). Either way, I believe that you should have a look into this. Hi My family and l visited this location tonight @ 9.45pm for dinner in. We have been asked to move in the Tim’s side for a table . At this moment there was someone who was cleaning asked us to go into wendy’s Side. It is so sad to say that we were like a balloon. I hope my complaint will take in consideration for future best service I’ll stay loyal custermer with Wendy’s . Thanks in advance.

Last Saturday evening Oct 21/17 we along with two friends were en route to a show at the Meadowvale Theatre that started at 8pm. At just after 7pm we went to the above Wendy's restaurant where three or four people were in line ahead of us. Two of us had ordered by 7:30 and the other couple ordered after us. At 7:40pm the other couple had not received their food and when the server did bring the order it was wrong. The server argued with our friend regarding what he had/had not ordered and after not being able to agree our friends cancelled their order as the time for the show to start was fast approaching. The staff seemed all very young with no customer service savvy, service was very slow, only four staff seemed to be working and one of which was working the drive through. As for the couple that did get their order, the food was cold. It would seem the staff on that evening should really have been better trained in customer service and that at least one experienced supervisor should have been available. We were very disappointed (and hungry) with the way we had been treated which is too bad as we have had some good experiences at other Wendy's locations.

The customer in front of myself and I in the drive through went to the nearest McDonald’s. Wasted time in that drive through 50st. And 132ave Edmonton Alberta. Get a manager that will work the window when nobody is competent to do so. Least plesent experience at Wendy’s or any drive through and I am 52 years old.

Last few months you leave waiting to order .Tonight 8-17-17 I waited 4 min. for 1 car to order . Then next car waits 4 min to order car 3 leaves .My turn I waited 5 min. Then I left still not even asked what I wanted . You competitor had 8 cars in front of me . Ordered food and out at 6 min.

I stopped by last evening to use the washroom and grab a "quick " burger since i had been on the road for 10 hrs ( truck driver) There were 3 ppl ahead of me to order and 2 waiting on their orders. There was one young, lone female trying her best to serve the customers and put orders together at the same time. One lady was ordering what seemed like the biggest and most complicated order. The cashier named (jordan) was very pleasant and handled everything very well, however there was no one to help her so it took about 15 mins for me to get to order. I only wanted a small cheeseburger. Then the debit machine wouldnt work. Again, the sweet girl had all the patience in the world as she tried again and again to get it to work. Before she had to ask a manger to come help her with it. This happened at 545pm. My point is 1) Where were all the other employees?! 2)Why was no one helping her? 3) Is it really fair for her to have to deal with all of this alone? 4) how can someone stop by on a break when it takes 15 mins to grab a burger. Step up your game your employees.. Give this girl a pat on the back or better yet a raise. She did the work of two people so pay her for two people wages. ! Kudos to you Jordan, you did a Great Job! :)

ordered a kids meal asked for a yogurt for my order which they gave instead gave fries without explanation, when i returned to trade the fries for yogurt, with drive thru after a long wait 10min they said just come to the window then said no more yogurt and no other replacement. my only request when ordering is if they said this in the first place and treated kinder. they were abrupt unapologetic of not notifying me before, plus acting as if i should of known.. not very satisfied.

I am allergic to onions and made this quite clear . I got onion in my burger!!! I asked for a baked potato with my salad as it was part of the deal!No baked potatoes were available.They would not substitute fries!???Why not?? I like going to Wendy's because of my allergies,good thing I carry an epicentre!!They were not concerned at this site!!Inform them about allergies and substitutes,Please!!!!!!!

The last 2 times I went to Wendy's my burger was soaked in grease and condements .the bun was soaked in grease the burger was in 5 peaces and covered in ketchup and mao I mean covered. Gross

once again go through drive through window I ordered a #4 large with unsweetened tea. and I must say this time they all most got it right but NOT no tea 7-up or sprite but I guess that's what I get for going through drive through window.

The last time I went to Wendy's in London, Ontario about 2 years ago, I swore that I would never go back due to the measly amount of onions, mustard etc that came with my hamburger coupled with the inability of the server to get my order correct. Yesterday, I thought I would give them another chance in Sarnia, ON but was disappointed that the "once best place to eat" was just as bad. My burger was half in the bun and half out of the bun with the mayo dripping out the empty space where the patty should be and the fries were not warm but cold by the time I got home. Thanks Wendys for reminding me why I have not been back in 2 years and will most likely be another 10 years before I return. Your product quality and customer service has steadily nose dived since "Dave" passed away. All too common for businesses to go down hill when taken over by family members.

I am not a regular hamburger eater but have enjoyed Wendy burgers in the past. Today I had to drive to Red Deer and decided to grab a burger from Wendy, that was my first mistake. I ordered a Baconaror combo, the order came fairly quickly and when I started eating it it tasted as if it had been sat for some time. The bacon was completely over cooked and the burgers looked very well done. I ended up taking one of the patties out and some of the bacon but it did improve the taste There is a similar story with the fries , tasted as if they had been cooked and left to sit. Ended up throwing most of the meal away. I am writing this some five hours later and at the moment I do not feel that well. Something needs to be done in that restaurant, seems to be very poorly run, I tried to see the manager but he was no where to be found. Restaurant #00006875 at a busy location between Edmonton and Calgary.

Cash was stolen from woman's purse by the manager named Scott and Scott handed the money to Stephanie. The woman came back for her purse and the money was gone. They said they didn't know what happened to the money. This needs dealt with immediately or I'm going public with this. Theft from customers from multimillion dollar company???? What is wrong with you? How can you hire these people? Thieves stealing from the customers that came to pay for food and have all their money stolen from their purse. This needs dealt with by having charges pressed on the Manager Scott and Manager Stephanie what kind of crime scam are you running?
